Pattern design
We perform the technical interpretation of drawings provided by clients, which is the first step in creating clothing pieces. Our commitment is to turn the client's vision into reality, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Samples
In our approach, we start by presenting a prototype and advising on the ideal applications for the product realization. Once the prototype is approved, we proceed with the creation of the sample. This collaborative process ensures that each piece created is truly exceptional.
Orders
After receiving orders, we undergo a meticulous planning phase in which we set deadlines with the client and outline the key stages of the process. Our commitment is to ensure that all orders are managed efficiently and transparently, providing the client with a clear understanding of when to expect the delivery of their products.
Cutting
Cutting is one of the key stages in the sampling and production process.
Manufacturing
The available technology, combined with the experience and training of our employees, allows us to achieve maximum efficiency and quality in the production process.
Quality control
At the end of the production, we ensure that all pieces meet the quality standards. We guarantee that the items are not shipped with defects and are, therefore, ready for sale.
Finishing and packaging
In the final phase, we label the pieces. Subsequently, they are packaged. We pack and ship all items according to the customer's instructions.
