4. Conditions of Service Provision
Services are provided upon acceptance of a commercial proposal by the client. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the project’s complexity and availability of materials. Pinha Mansa undertakes to meet agreed deadlines, except in exceptional circumstances.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are established according to the specifications of the project and are valid for 30 days. Payment is made under the conditions set out in the commercial proposal. In the event of default, late payment interest will be applied at the legal rate in force.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including texts, images, logos and design, is the property of Pinha Mansa or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Liability
Pinha Mansa undertakes to provide services with the utmost quality and professionalism. Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
8. Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court will be that of Póvoa de Varzim, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
